The major challenges facing majority people in Tanzanian rural settings are poverty and unemployment although we believe that the most area for employment in our Country is Agriculture. And the main producers in Tanzania produce from hand to mouth using poor tools and insufficient financial capacity to produce for family satisfaction. The Organization is addressing the problem through mobilizing the community especially those who lives in rural areas to create income generating groups which will suffice their requirements coupled with environmental conservation. The Organization deals with activities related to tree nursery germination, seedlings rearing, IGAs and tree planting. Its main concern is to manage and conserve our dearest environment in an economically profitable way
